  • We are seeking a skilled TM1 Developer to design, develop, and implement Cognos TM1 (now known as IBM Planning Analytics) solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to create efficient and effective planning and analytics applications.     Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement TM1 models and applications

    • Create and maintain cubes, dimensions, and rules within TM1

    • Create and maintain TM1 workbooks

    • Deep knowledge of TurboIntegrator and use TI for data gathering, transformation, and loading processes

    • Create and administer security at all levels (client groups, cubes, dimensions, processes, etc.)

    • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications

    • Create and maintain documentation for TM1 models, processes, and applications


    Qualifications

    • Professional fluency in English

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in TM1 development

    • 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • We are seeking a skilled TM1 Architect for a contractual, project-based position lasting 3-4 months. The ideal candidate will design, architect, and implement Cognos TM1 (now known as IBM Planning Analytics) solutions to meet business requirements. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to create efficient and effective planning and analytics applications.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Design, architect, and implement TM1 models and applications

    2. Lead a team in creating and maintaining cubes, dimensions, and rules within TM1

    3. Lead a team in creating and maintaining TM1 workbooks

    4. Deep knowledge of TurboIntegrator and use TI for data gathering, transformation, and loading processes

    5. Lead a team in designing, maintaining and administering security at all levels (client groups, cubes, dimensions, processes, etc.)

    6. Drive business requirements, translating them into technical specifications

    7. Lead a team in creating and maintaining documentation for TM1 models, processes, and applications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in TM1 development

    • 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM Sterling B2B  Integrator (B2Bi) Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Sterling B2Bi  solution in production. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IBM  Sterling B2B Integrator and related technologies, with a strong focus on  production support and problem-solving. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues in the production environment 

    • Manage and optimize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes between business partners 

    • Ensure high availability and performance of the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform 

    • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of the platform by conducting regular system health checks and performance tuning. 

    • Develop and implement proactive maintenance procedures to prevent system outages 

    • Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements 

    • Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical production issues 

    • Create and maintain documentation for production support processes and procedures 

    • Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and address potential issues 

    • Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measure 

    • Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards related to B2B data exchanges. 

    Qualifications: 

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., IBM  Certified Solution Expert). 

    Experience: 5+ years of experience working with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and related technologies.

    Technical Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of IBM Sterling B2Bi architecture, installation, configuration, and administration. 

    • Strong understanding of EDI standards, AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/S, and other data exchange protocols. 

    • Experience with mapping tools, scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, XSLT), and XML processing. 

    • Familiarity with cloud-based integration and hybrid cloud environments. 

    • Experience with Unix/Linux systems, SQL databases, and scripting languages 

    Soft Skills: 

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
